The people at joomlaworks.gr for their great audio and video plugins. They also make other media tools as well. Worth checking out if you use Joomla. They have a "smarty tag" system that gets audio and video on you page without having to switch to HTML mode, which is perfect for my users.

Finally, the people at siteground.com. While I did not use their services on this website, the last website we had was built on one of their templates for Mambo. They support Joomla and host Joomla sites, make free and affordable templates and other products.
