ESICE designs and facilitates collaborative programs that bring together new alliances of organizations and individuals to address real world problems. These mutually beneficial programs leverage shared resources and draw strength from the diversity of the participants.

The Eastern Sierra Watershed Project (ESWP) is designed to improve science education in Inyo County through a combination of hands-on science activities and supporting curriculum development, associated teacher professional development, the creation of a collaborative network of teachers and local scientists, with the engagement of the larger community. The spectacular Eastern Sierra landscape Kid with petroglyphs is the Roadside Heritage (RH) program's inspiring outdoor classroom. Producing digital audio stories about the unique cultural, natural, and scientific legacy of the region, creating community hands-on festivals, and establishing an interactive website, RH creates an enriching experience.
